Directions: Combine green chile packet, 1 can original Rotel tomatoes (10 oz.), 1/2 cup canned, roasted or frozen green chiles, 1 Tbls. jalapenos or hot frozen chiles, 2 cups of water, 2 cups chicken, pork loin or turkey (precooked and chopped into small pieces). Let simmer for one hour. Add 1/3 cup cornstartch to three cups of cold water. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to medium and stir until thick. Makes 6 – 1cup servings.
